REMOVE MOLD, CLEAN THE SURFACE STAINING, PROTECT AGAINST REGROWTH. DOING THIS IN ONE DAY IS POSSIBLE WITH OMNIPRO GONE 4 GOOD
Traditionally, mold jobs are two day jobs. Day one is set up and mold removal. Day two is encapsulation and tear down/clean up. What does it cost you to send that team back a second day? What do you need to bill to cover a team's costs and make a profit for a day on the job site. $1000? $1500?
What if you could do the job in one day? Those extra costs are not incurred so that means more profit for your bottom line. Each and every mold and mildew resistant coating is either a paint or a polymer of some sort. If they are applied to a wet surface they will simply peel off exposing the surface to future mold contamination. This requirement is the key reason that teams are sent back a second day for your typical mold job. It is your product that is actually driving costs!
Only Gone 4 Good can be applied immediately after stains are removed by OmniPro On & Gone. It is neither a paint nor a polymer. It is a blend of natural, high pH salts that dissolve in water and then bond to the surface. Whether the surface is wood or concrete, when the applicator is happy with the mold stain removal, he simply applies Gone 4 Good over the cleaned surface. 1000 SQ FT JOBS CAN BE DONE IN JUST ONE DAY!
GONE 4 GOOD DRIES CRYSTAL CLEAR
Most hygienists do not like to see surfaces painted over after a mold job. This simply raises questions. They prefer a clear encapsulation. Gone 4 Good dries to a clear finish. You can barely tell that anything has been applied.

ONE PRODUCT - TWO POWERFUL MODES OF ACTION
Part two of the two product system that enables you to get into and out of an attic or crawl space in one day. This means competitive advantage. Clean the surface of stains quickly and easily with On & Gone. Save tons of labor time. Then protect the surface from the growth of mold with Gone 4 Good, immediately after the application of the fast mold stain remover. OmniPro Gone 4 Good bonds to surfaces creating a crystalline, breathable barrier separating mold spores from a food source. No Food, no growth. This is its first mode of action.
The second unique mode of action of Gone 4 Good. In the presence of humidity, the pH of the surface rises to over 12.0 Mold cannot grow on a surface with a high pH.
Mold needs a food source, moisture, and a neutral pH to proliferate. Why not make restored materials resistant to the growth of mold. How? By making the surface completely uninhabitable for mold.
It is a well accepted fact that a surface with a high pH will not be one to support the growth of mold. pH levels greater than 7 are alkaline. Each increase in scale is a multiple of 10. So 8 is ten times more alkaline than 7, 9 is ten times more alkaline than 8, etc. a pH of 12.0 is actually 100,000 times more alkaline than a pH of 7.0. At the pH level attained by Gone 4 good, mold simply cannot grow!
A strategy that a restoration professional can now use is to deploy a product that safely and effectively harnesses the power of pH to prevent the growth of Mold. Think about it, you owe it to yourself to offer Gone 4 Good to your customer. Your team is in the home, containment is up, your van is on the driveway. You are ready. If you do not offer the confidence of a product that will protect surfaces for 10 years, your customer misses out on a mold free home, and you miss out on the profit that can be earned from the application of Gone 4 Good. This means you can win more jobs and make more profit on each and every job you win.
Application of Gone 4 Good
Proven by independent laboratories to attain a pH greater than 12. At this level of alkalinity, mold simply cannot thrive. Any spores that land on a treated surfaces simply will not grow.
Gone 4 Good: Tested and Proven to Prevent the Growth of Mold
It is one thing to cite general studies, but quite another to "put your money where your mouth is" and prove your product works. In 2014, we hired a major independent laboratory to conduct experiments on ME12 - 400 to determine whether mold would grow on a treated surface. Following an accepted standardized protocol, various substrates were cleaned, then inoculated, and finally placed in a temperature and humidity controlled environment to encourage the growth of mold.
Result:
At 15 days of evaluation "no growth of mold could be seen on treated surfaces".
At 15 days of evaluation "no growth of mold could be seen on treated surfaces".
